    I would like to ask for the Lord to lift up a special friend and her sister. Lord I ask that you just sit right down in the heart of this situation. May you tug on the heart of she who needs you and give strength, words and wisdom to the other. Build the relationships needed Lord. May it be all in your hands. In Jesus Name.....

    Requesting prayers for my dear friend and her daughter traveling to mexico today on a missions trip. Prayers for safe travel please, and her daughter has had some unresolved health issues but has been given an ok to go by the doc, so prayers for good heath.

    Donna H., her spouse and 3 children have gone to Africa for 1 month on a missions trip. 2 of her children have came down with a fever, unknown origin. Prayers for quick recovery.

      Donna is reaching out to so many women and families who don't know Jesus May we all pray for her family to have the Lord's Word written on their heart and seen in their actions. Please for the lost ya'll, for they know not what they do not know. May our Lord, press ever so gently on their hearts.

    My husband and I have decided to sponsor a child supported by Compassion International. Her name is Airenz. She is 6 years old and she is from the Philippines. She has both of her parents, and 2 brothers. They have ask for prayers for good health, and I would like to asked that our Savior speak to each of them, lovingly as he always does. May we be prepared to help in any way we can.

Why was Jesus Killed?

And when Jesus cried out again in a loud voice,  he gave up his spirit, Mt 27:50 I was asked the question Easter weekend, "Why did they kill Jesus?"  Great question!  Especially, why would the Jews, the chosen nation of God, whom God rescued over and over again in the Old Testament lead the charge to kill Jesus?  Let's go even further, the Jews did "evil in the eyes of the LORD" over and over again throughout history.   Yet, God gifts them with Jesus Christ, their long awaited Messiah (or Savior); and they send him to his death. Why?  For starters:  deceitful hearts (Jer 17:9)  Let's take a look at some of the ways the heart, if not properly cultivated, can deceive, and in this case; lead to the death of an innocent man by crucifixion.
