Helpful Tip - How to Approach a Seafood Buffet
I am not a buffet eater. I just don't eat enough to get my monies worth. But crab, that is my weakness, and you can bet I am going to get my monies worth. Twice I have been to a seafood buffet. The first time I ate all I could eat and I left no room to take advantage of the dessert bar!
This time I changed my strategy and it worked so well I thought I would share it with you. My first visit, I followed suit and piled my plate high with crab and headed to my table to eat my haul. I just picked up one dessert as i returned to my table with my crab. This ensured that I got dessert. :) Life is short!

I am sure that many of you have your own experience eating at buffets, please share your strategies. Those that worked and those that didn't.
Happy Eating!
