I want to say, right off the bat, if you have yet to make a commitment to Christ I pray that today is that day for you!  May this blog, may this readership, help you any way you need to be helped, and may the LORD Jesus Christ gift me as his servant. Wow, it has been a while since I have done a blog.  So many things have happened.  There is time to get to that, but I am writing with purpose today.  Here we are, the Friday before Christmas, and usually, all I would be thinking about is Christ, his birth, why he came and what he did for us.  All of us.  No exceptions!  He died on the cross so the each of us could have life. Joy here on earth in troubled times and eternal life in heaven with him.  All you need to do is believe in him - know that he is your Savior! But tonight, I am writing with a troubled heart, an excited heart, a trepidatious heart...do you see any confusion there?!  You see, God, convicted me several years ago to do several tasks, and I dug my heals in and have yet to follow through.  I can give you a million reasons, but the end result is, I have sinned against my LORD.  He has asked me to do something and I have yet to obey....until now.  Luke 11:28 tells us...
